‘Seeing is Believing’ by the Golden Dawn (1968)
The Golden Dawn probably took LSD with the 13th Floor Elevators as they were from Austin around the same time. This is from their 1st and basically only album entitled Power Plant. Lead singer George Kinney went on to write a fantasy adventure novel.
